Service User Participation

Encouraging your service users to participate and contribute to their own progress is an important element to improving their achievements and ultimate outcomes.

CORSWEB allows users to login to the system and complete Questionnaires that you have prepared for them at their leisure.

This encourages a triangulation of evidence for the review process, using the opinion of the case manager together with the historical evidence gathered from the services user’s attendance at your organisation and ensuring that you are taking their opinion into account.
